I work in IT. My company replaced 30% of QA testers with AI tools last year. These weren't low-skill jobs – people with 5-8 years experience lost their livelihoods. We need regulation now.
Over-regulating AI will push innovation to China and the US. India already lost the semiconductor race. Let's not lose AI too. Focus on reskilling instead.
